You may return your item/s back to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund provided it is in its original, unused condition. We will issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge*. Please note returns take up to 10 working days to process.

Please note that any unwanted items must be returned to Incredibledirect in a saleable condition. Unfortunately any items which are founded to be opened or used cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.

We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 14 days of receiving it.
